We believe that small changes add up, so we’ve created the Zero Waste 500 Club.
We’re piloting a packaging return program that will enable you to earn points towards your next purchase by sending back your empty jars.
Why call it the Zero Waste 500 Club?
Energy saved by reusing 500 jars in one year = 4 Acres of forest absorbing 4.3 tonnes of CO2"
Our goal is to fully refurbish as many empty jars as possible and give them a new life. By reusing just 500 of our sturdy glass jars, we can make a significant reduction in CO2 emissions. Join our mission, and together our small changes will add up!
How does it work?
The program works just like a refill service. When you place an order for any of or jarred products, you’ll receive a FREE Reply Postage Label. Use the free postage and packing materials to send back your empty jars. Your empties will make their way back to our workshop, where they will be refurbished for a new life! And you’ll Earn 50 Reward Points towards your next purchase.

Will I earn Reward Points?
Yes! Not only is it FREE to send back your empties (within the UK), but you will also earn points towards purchases and rewards.

Who can participate in the program?
At this time our Zero Waste 500 Club is only available to UK residents. In order to participate, you’ll need to create an account first. If you don’t have one yet, click on the “Earn Rewards” Tab at the bottom of this page.
What kind of packaging can I return?
Please note that we can only accept glass jars and matching lids at this time. You can also return any unwanted packing and promotional materials that come with your order.
How do I send back my empties?
Step 1: Take out your new products 🙂 Pack your clean, dry empty jars with labels removed inside the box your new order came in. Don’t forget to include your full name, phone number and email address inside the box.
Step 2: Attach the Business Reply Postage Label over the original postage label, and seal the box.
Step 3: Take your return to any Royal Mail UK post office. Make sure to ask for a Certificate of Postage and keep it safe just in case.
I bought my products from a physical store. Can I still return the jars?
Unfortunately, not at this time.
When will I get the points?
You will receive an email confirmation once we credit your account. Please allow 8 business days for us to process your return. We will manually adjust your account with a credit of 50 Points. Please note that you must have an account to participate. Click the REWARDS button to get started.
I haven’t had a confirmation email yet. What do I do?
If you haven’t had an email confirmation within 8 business days, please Email Us to let us know.
My return might be lost. What do I do?
If we haven’t received your return and you think you parcel may be lost, please contact Royal Mail for assistance, as we are unable to track your return. This is where your Certificate of Posting will come in handy.
