Our mission is to help you feel healthy, happy and confident. In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with our products, please contact our team within 30 days* of purchase to let us know. We are pleased to offer either a refund or an equivalent value product exchange, whichever you prefer. 

Returns are accepted up to 30 days from order delivery (confirmation via Royal Mail tracking). After 30 days, we are unable to accept return requests. Please note that we are unable to refund any postage paid on the original order. If you are returning your entire order then we kindly ask that you also send back any free gifts that you’ve received. All exchanges are final.

When returning goods, please send your parcel to the exact address below. Please include your name, email address, order number and return your goods in their original packaging. If returning your entire order, please return any free gifts that were received or accept a deduction of the cost from your refund.

We will notify you by email when the refund has been processed. Please allow up to 14 days for the credit to appear on your bank statement. It’s usually instantaneous, but can sometimes be delayed on banking statements.

If within 30 days of receiving your order you change your mind, we will accept returns of unopened goods in their original packaging. Please contact our team within 30 Days of receiving your order to let us know you intend to make a return. If you are returning your entire order then we kindly ask that you also send back any free gifts that you’ve received, or accept a deduction of the cost from your refund. Please note that all return shipping costs will be at the customer’s expense. Once your products are received, and they are in re-sellable condition, you will be refunded in full for the value paid for each product via the original method of payment used. Please note that we are unable to refund any postage paid on the original order.

In the unfortunate event that your order has gone missing or seems to be stuck in the postal system, please contact our team, quoting your order reference. We will be able to investigate what happened. Occasionally orders do get lost, and if this is the case, your patience is very much appreciated while we work on your postage claim.

If your order is damaged in transit, please take photos and contact our team within 3 WORKING DAYS of receiving your order to report the issue. We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

If there is a mistake with your order (i.e. the wrong product in your order or missing items), please take photos and contact our team within 3 WORKING DAYS of receiving your order. We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

We do not accept responsibility for lost, refused, uncollected, or undeliverable packages if the customer supplies an incorrect/unrecognised shipping address or fails to collect their parcel from a Royal Mail post office.
